Please feel free to just come along, no booking required.

Although we would be happy to know if you are coming!

These sessions run once a month from 2.00pm – 4.00pm.

Refreshments provided

Tuesday meditation and Buddhist study group: 8.00pm – 9.00pm
Please join us 7.30pm onwards to settle in, meet everyone and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
We begin with twenty minutes of meditation followed by a study session based on a Buddhist topic where there is plenty of opportunity for discussion and any questions that you may have.

Our current study session is based on a book by Lama Jampa Thaye called, ‘Diamond Sky’ which provides explanations of the many aspects of Buddhism starting with its very foundation.
